- Acknowledge receipt of the notice
- Review the submitted information
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate
- Notify the affected party, if applicable
We aim to process notices within a reasonable timeframe; however, response times may vary depending on the circumstances.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was due to mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court

We may restore the removed content if appropriate and if no legal action is initiated by the original complainant within the required timeframe.
